This is very general, can you be more specific in what you mean? Perhaps you can pm me with more specific or post here. I've been on the recieving end of several incidents where apparently, by the above, the guild would ask the perpetrator to leave the guild. I've also, by my understanding, been inconsiderate enough to misrepresent(matter of perspective) the guild "values". Please give me/us some more info so we know exactly what is expected.
this was supposed to be fairly general
there will be some more posts in the future regarding ettiquette and manners in general
its more of a statemnt of our purpose as a guild
we are a gm guild and expect our members to represent appropriate behavior in all aspects.
this does not mean your not allowed to have a bad day or to be grumpy.. god kows we have rick in our guild.. grumpy is a standard
but it does mean that as a representative of laby you should be atrustworthy person who does not take advantage of people that are on either side of our guiild lines.
we just want our gm reputation to remain gm and to get better as we refine our expectations.
as i said there will be a post soon about some ettiquette and "guidelines" of what we expect of our members.
some of these will be really simple such as not calling out noobs or ruining uber games if you invited to one .. etc.. very common sense stuff
but as we all know sometimes common sense is not so common.
