jup like you say.
just make sure that you have 116 and 114 stats in your example (just a little difference though)
if you have 115 str you get 114*0,5ee = 57ee (the last 1 str isnt getting taken into account)
you will recognize this on axes (check your shown dmg) when you add lets say 70str +1 (no difference) and then 71str +1 (more dmg)

the only thing you should watch is making your stats to even numbers (not needing equal numbers)
for example 230dex 30str is better than 231dex and 29str.

well since both str and dex gives the same, it doesnt matter what u stat for axes.

if one starts with a higher diminishing return ratio wouldnt u want to stat the other one first?
