yes, i just joined like 2 hours ago, my ja was already lvl 71, u only have to pm paparick w/ link to your char thats going to mq, and tell him u wana join contest, and then post or pm him when u do ur mq, and he will give you lottery number.
i think hes doing this 3 times, once a week

another fail from me...but i am very happy...i can do 600-650 avarage heals and 971 was my best heal thx to the new hm gear i bought :)) again thx leo for being such a good guild leader...:P
