Are barbs supposed to wear plate mail's that have ee and str? or ee alone?

Ee and Strength both are better, but very hard to get. I would, and most do, be happy with nice amount of 1 of them :)

Both are welcome adds for a barb.
On catas you can tank with ee plates, but str and dex will increase your damage.

Is EE a good thing to have on a charm as well? I can't seem to find a good charm for me in the Mp
