New personal rule: I am not donating/lending gear unless you have been with us awhile, I have given a lot in the past only to be burned by new members taking what I give and then just leaving the guild, or not slashing at all after I buy them gear. Once you have attempted an MQ and have a personal rank, then you can ask me for help in terms of gear and/or forum gold. I do not mind giving shit away, but I do mind new people asking me for handouts, then deserting us

This is not to say I don't you new guys, it's just that I have been burned in the past, so to speak.
