Do maps affect mob lvl? I put one on and have killed multiple mobs and not gotten any exp. If they do then hat is just bs.

e/ just exited game and made a new one. Seems that maps do affect mob lvl/difficulty. One of the biggest crocks of shit I have seen. Makes no fucking sense at all. It shouldn't affect anything that is not on the map list.
