Yeah if you can get it for 400 you could always add another 8gb ram for probably less than 50 bucks.

You'd want to research the model itself and see how many ram slots used/total it has, and what the max capacity is.

A 1060 6gb would run d2r fine, probably not max it out but it would be decent and look nice.

I would seriously up the ram to 16gb. 32 if you can swing it, but 16 would be a big jump from the 8 it has now. Windows and background processes consume a few gig, so that doesn't leave a ton for other things you are doing (d2r, browsers, etc)
