wow, thats a really really hard question for somebody like me to answer
because at this point in my life i can break (not as well as once) to just about anything

try something with a semi-slow beat

most 80s music should fit the bill
the group "Cake" has great beats as well

or look up BreakBeats on Youtube ... (Dj Icey, BabyAnne, Cirrus, Renni Pigrem) some of their music may be a bit fast at first
you will know what you like when you here it
just have to feel the beat
count your beats on the highhats ... 1 & 2 & 3 & 4
always important to hit the beats on time
