i hope the guild forum will be up again tomorrow.
they have a hardware problem on the server where our site is hosted, so they turned the entire server off.

It's capped since its tier 1, it would just be 1 life steal.

Trust me, if it wasn't capped I'd be all over it but I already got a hot set of life steal items
