Don't know what it is but almost every well seems like it's got hm on it, here's just a couple examples that I haven't shrined yet

Mystical ice VI
Level Req: 15
Spell Damage: 73 to 88
Mana Cost: 55

+4 Mana Regen
+1 Extra Item Slots
+15% Heal Mastery


Rare wild heal V
Level Req: 10
Heals: 12 to 123
Mana Cost: 45

+5 Mana Regen
+14% Heal Mastery

Yep no problem i use a 198 ee charm till 55 Lol if i cast But i'd rather just hybrid XD I dont have enough room for the shrines On my account to be able to do 1-71 Like lightning :-( that and i need better intel gear.

I just fill up mules with shrines I get from 5-20. Then I'll probably find some regen gear around 25-30. I've already got regen gear for lvl 55. It's not great(+12 Armor/Robe/Charm) but it does the job in about 60 seconds or so lol.
