And don't let the fail discourage you - I failed 4 or 5 times before I passed. And I actually still much prefer playing my magician over my samurai.

Once you've been playing for a while you'll develop a climbing set. Some people have super godly sets that can get them from 1 - 71 solo arena in 8 hours or less (Adam - one of the alchemists - timed himself once at like 5.5 hours or something). It can be done faster in catacombs if you have an amazing group of people all with their set in their vault or something.

But I've got my charm set you can check out if you want. It's sorta distributed in 3 places right now, but that's on my main charm mule, my mage, and on Konqk's mage (he's borrowing my high level charms at the moment).


Basically it just takes a bit of playing the game and you'll get in the swing of the whole MQ thing

Well I was just saying that in general people build up gear over time.

Yeah it can be hard to find a group sometimes; if you have spare time and want to make a bit of fg you could reroll your hardcore character and buy a tier III weapon with a bit of ee and a plate mail with some ee as well and a charm with 150+ max life and then run 1 - 5 a couple times, putting every sellable item up on the market for 1 fg. I've heard that it's not a bad way to make some fg if you're bored

Thanks Konqk, glad to be here. I am having trouble finding a few lower/mid stuff for my mage, basically a lvl 20-25 heal charm. keep me posted if you see anything floating around on the MP or know of anyone that has one. Also needing melee gear for my fighter, but thats not as important, hes lvl 40 almost (using a lvl 15 wep lol!)

also, i want to setup some catas with you guys, i have my healer/mage that i am reclimbing with, and also a fighter/feeder. take a look at my profile, their levels are always changing.



Recapturing the Vibe is sweet. I first started listening to them thanks to the Nosebleed Section, that song is just awesome, and I have liked them ever since.
