People were abusing it, so he made it that you have a 'chance to get more than 1 life per hit' but you have to roll a chance to get more than 1, and then roll the amount afterwards (If that makes sense)

basically, you have a 50/50 chance to do either 1 or more. if you win the 50/50 and get the more. then you roll the dice to see how much the more is.

All honesty he should have just reduced the amount it healed if that was the case. Instead of making it utterly useless for the most part. It felt like it was more a 1 in 20 chance of getting more than 1 when I was using my staff earlier.

It's fine though. I ended up holding off on the armor since I'm starting to fall in FG. Got a loan out for FtwIwin and a few more items left to sell on ROTMG. Until then I gotta take it easy on my reserves.
