get in the right group... you do not need to borrow gear... just pick up the leftovers and build a set.

Basically... you can get some HC characters up from 1-71 without borrowing and have your own gear...

do some bridge games from 1-71 where you have like 1-3 high level characters helping you get up there.

Just a thought... HC runs games a little bit differently to SC.
