Just make sure you are in back row

Also use heal charm before hp gets to zero

Pro tip: set whistle to 1, then when you need to heal up, whistle and heal on lvl 1 mobs.

Just be careful because at least on mobile, whistle will reset back to your lvl if you timeout/dc/afk too long. It seems to reset sometimes when I gain a lvl too.

Almost smoked myself trying to heal while low hp thinking it was lvl 1 but was really lvl 7x.
