whats the best way to build a mean barb?

you've way enough vita ( usually even 60 vita is good ) but still, I check your barb
if you can, you'll need an upgrade on weapon and armor first

check the marketplace to find a lvl 30-35 weapon with some EE if possible, it will boost a lot your damages
and a heavy armor ( chain or plate mail ) with EE or Dext on it : EE will boost your def and dext will give you more def and critics

i made a new barb its a lvl 25 or so and all i put the stats on is dex is that a bad way to go or can i fix it?

at lvl 55 you should have like 100/120 dext, all rest into str
