why cant i log into ls just says logging in and doesnt go anywhere

Try clearing your cache, LS does that to me sometimes.

also restart your browser, that could fix it.

yeah im about to do that cuz i cleared cache like 7 times lol

if that dosen't work, try a different browser and/or restart comp. Weirder things have happened that a restart has fixed.
