Yes it's 100 fg for the vault but only once a month. It worths it, you can store your items inside, you can trade between the guild members as well.

So... i think that will have to wait... it cost me a lot to obtain those 100 fg i've now... and I don't want to spend it in a vault

what you need is a better armor for your rogue.
the extra exp does not help at all in cata
