Hello, guys, how is everyone doing today?
I need to address some problems that I see going on among the guild members.
I see some of you are not getting along very well, some members are bossing other members, some members are disliking other members, etc....
Please stop this immediately, this is written in the charter. Please get along, or I will have to boss some of you around, and I would hate to boss anyone around. 
1. If you have comments regarding your retirement or such, please pm me. We will talk it over.
2. If you speak another language besides English, that is great, but please speak English in the guild chat so that everyone can understand. Or you can pm each other if you wish to speak your preferred language 
3. I do not want to see anyone getting picked on, or anyone picking on another member, this is wrong. Only I can pick on any of you guys, Kapeach?
4. If you are gonna correct someone, use kind words; dont be mean, be courteous to one another.
