Not bad at all since 100ee is cap for lvl 10, and the 9 int pushes it close to that, with 1 crit and Mana per Kill to boot.

Now pull a hat trick and find a 55 close to its max for tier also 👌

plus the int will help boost your heals if its in the main slot.

not that heals that low are generally needed.
