I don't want to fuck you over either, so I cannot give you a bin price. However, if it was me, I would be comfortable taking about 400 for it. I have no idea if it is worth more or less than 400 though so you DO NOT have to use that price if you do not feel comfortable with it.

morning all, why the hell did i have to wake up at 7am on my day off? thats just unreal! i cant wake up for bloody work normally, yet i wake up at 7am on my day off, the time id normally be waking up for work? grrrr, might try go back to sleep or watch a film, unsure which just yet!
