I swear, with two keys left, the right key would work so many more times for me. I don't know if this applies to anyone else but the ratio between the times i've passed and failed with using 213456 (especially Monk+) with two keys left has REKT me.
I never switch though, I couldn't imagine if I failed a matter of times with my usual combo and switched it that one time and it failed... I'd rage so hard.. enough to do it all over again lol
I mean it could be anything. But the mechanics of the MQ and how things are determined is just something we won't ever know.
So basically whatever superstition or belief works for you is basically what you should do.
I run 213 on every 3 door MQ and then I do Randy for everything else and then periodically I will use key combos from friends. But I never have set key combos or change the combo I've been given by someone else or randy. Because the superstition of the order just doesn't matter to me because I operate under the belief the key never matters. It's the same for all of them.
All you have to work with is the odds that situation presents. And go from there. How paul codes the game within the MQ process is just something we make assumptions on unless he tells us otherwise.
