what's the highest level monsters in the game?

does it apply to well too?

70 its max from what i know and 84 max level you can get... if you are level 70 its better to mf

from 70 to 84 the chance to drop its lower.

You can easy kill monsters at level 70 at well

ooo ok.. so i can well ? they're not gonna be lvl 70+70*5 right?
