in the terminal (console, whatever) try:
sudo dpkg --configure -a

and if that doesn't work, try:

sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get upgrade

Uninstall your browser and reinstall.

Also install a different browser and see if flash works on it. If Flash works on a different browser, that would mean you have fucked up settings on firefox.

and other 2 pictures and i finis with it .... but i want to uninstall this flash bcz its not compatible for what i need and i cant lol .... or i dont go in the right place where i need to uninstall programs ....

i will try this first and if dont work i try to reinstall other browser
