If languages that the entire guild cannot understand (English would be it) are not going to be used, then it's not chat to the guild, and therefore doesn't belong in guild chat.

I won't fight with you on this Jon, I'll just leave The Trust, and go start my own guild, and enforce this rule with an Iron Fist.

Using foreign languages without providing the translation excludes guild members. If you want to exclude guild members, fine. Do it through PM.
