The only way of getin endurance charges is by "enduring cry" & "warlords mark"
Endurace charges gives u; 4% all res + 4% phys dmg reduction (EACH CHARGE)
end cry - u get a few charges depending on how many monsters are close to you
war mark ( curse ) - u have a change of getin end charge when killing the monsters that u cursed

and this is the only way to get power charges
Each power charge u have gives u additional 50% crit chance
