Yes and No... it all depends on the EE%...
I have not looked at your gear... but I am sure people have advised you...
I am just responding as I go through the pages to create my wall...
Always check the damage output... lvl15 wpn with 80EE will yeild more damage than a lvl20 wpn with 30EE[

Check to see if you are actually getting XP in Arena...
I found that you do not get much at all...
I only well to get up in experience... I know I could be incorrect about Arena XP after lvl70[
