I just spent 45min on the phone with Time Warner Tech support. They had a checklist of shit for me to check, even though I told them I troubleshot the damn thing already.
Apparently it doesn't matter that I'm an IT professional, they still need to treat me like I'm technologically retarded.
Edit: at the end of his checklist he's like "I've concluded that you need to do a modem swap." This after I tell him "the Ethernet portion of my modem is no longer functioning."
