I don't think it slows down really. I have new charms / intel upgrades every 5 levels.

Grr..
Had my son's Dr. Appointment set for today (which I had to schedule 3 months in advance).
They just called and had to cancel it, because the Dr. is "out".
Now I can't get him in until Nov. 11th~ :angry:
