Nicole and a few others want it...but idk a good PC (Its amazing for fighter/pally casters, and not bad for a guardian either...Int is not amazingly high, but the max mana helps to remedy that, thats an additional 3-4 casts! )

fresh 3rd well drop what do you think? ( worst comes to worst i have a nice 14 INT/ Life Glyph in 2 weeks , and its arcane, one of the 2 hardest levels to complete for glyphing )

It'll be a while before you can do that guy. I don't think Presa can do arcane tier IIIs yet.
