Im about to go for my first MQ..

Can anybody give me a brief explanation of what to expect?

- I know I get rerolled no matter what happens, but do I keep all my items? Anything else I need to know?

yeah items stay with you, dont worry about having best items because it has nothing to do with items all luck.
