Its something that started not long ago here in Sweden (no idea where it comes from)
But, it basicly starts with someone drinking 1 Big glass of beer, and nominates 3 ppl

If these 3 ppl dont make a video of them drinking a big beer (within 24 hours, they owe this person 24 beers)
