umm depends on a few things
how much ur willing to pay...
who eligible for the paying... (some guilds say if u want ls reward u must pay a fee first) or u could make it any points after first mq or pass u get payed for...
lastly think about how long you will offer fg for gp

some1 in our guild said for the next 20 days we will be payed for gp 20fg each.... first 2 people to pass mq get a better bonus first person gets 200fg and 2nd person gets 100fg anyway it all depends on your prefrences i would say unless ur gunna start buying mass fg or make the amount low not to do it but if ur goal is to be on the front page like our guild is striving for then this is a great way to get gp

in time i would like to reach on first page that would be great
i will try to buy gp's when i see someone else without a guild is offering for sale and i also will try to help my slashers from time to time to get some better gear
