I've been farting around behind the scenes with some policy stuff. It looks like we will have the finishing touches made on our entrance/voting policy (the voting side is for the admins), and I've designed a template for new members (The template is necessary because there's so much info we must convey. I would argue for a personalized message but it would be a wall every time and it wouldn't be any sexier than a template).

Our entrance and voting policies are now updated. I will pin a new version for everyone to see. I was going to do that tonight (PM me if you really want it done "early"), but I am now planning to pair the new sticky with a bigger update/sticky within a week or so. My idea is to compile all the changes and sticky them at the same time
