Has ayone noticed if the kill counter chain affects how fast your proficiency bar goes up? I believe I gained proficiency much faster at lower levels when I can level without regen versus much slower when I have to regen after a lower number of mobs. Any thoughts?

Also, I have not died in about 30 lvls and I understand dying effects proficiency

mine doesnt look like it moved at all in the first 10 lvls. but its at lvl 6.

I heard you have to be at least the level of the proficiency level to add to the proficiency bar, which could explain that.
