as for activity.. i want to get us back to atleast 5 slashers on at any given time.. and damnit.. i KNOW we can do it..

might need a few new faces.. since alot of the old guys are too busy.. but im all for new faces

And about the staff, i think your right, the +6 would give WAY more prof than a +1.. so it would hence, be better bang for their buck, and a +6 essence would be nice =)
