besides with hybrid build i say
weapon with as much ee as possible
armor with as much stats
ice charm
ee heal charm with as much ee as possible
with lack of stats liek str/dex your going ot need to make that up so i would say have your armor with either lots of dex or lots of str ( dex is cheaper ofc)
and pump str after you get enough int to make you happy

is pretty sexy with the other crit you should be criting like every 3 hits

Thanks for the input... I did not list my Focus Heal set with that setup... all EE of course on Acc Slot.
My Staffs are 80% ee and upwards... at least I can say they are 94% upwards (Rank14)
Ohh... my hybrid Rogue now has less strength, but higher Dexterity and does pretty well.
I just hope my testing of this build rewards me with BETTER drops where I can either upgrade
my items, or sell off for some fg... I have pretty much been the poor Kirby...
