EST = Eastern Standard Time, I am on the East Coast. If it is 6pm on the East Coast, it is 3pm on the West Coast, and so on.

I think you were Central Time, so you are in the middle, like an hour or so behind me. My 6pm is like 4-5pm your time I think, if you are in fact Central time.
