has anyone ever gained a level and Not got a stat point??

i hit lvl 20 and got 1 ability point and 0 stat point..

unless there some key on keyboard that will place stat points when you hit it that i smashed and didn't notice the stat point??

I have not noticed this happening to me, but I can not really speak as at times I don't even add stat points like a few levels at a time, however, on a few occasions (not a one off occurrence) I have awoken and found I had like 8 or more stats I swore I have used before going to sleep. But maybe this could be due to intoxication.
