My Departure


I've had a great time with the guild, but after a long time of thinking and decision making I've decided it would be in my best interest to leave. Recently I've had a lot of issues with how the guild has been run (dictatorship) and with Cams removal it finally reached the edge. Jamal no hard feeling at all, you're a great e-friend heart.gif Thanks for all the opportunities and help.

Mike we have bumped heads many of times and a lot of time I thought of u as a really cool friend. But after previous arguments and the fact I've suspended my slashing play I realized you were really not. You never acted like a friend to myself and many others in the guild. I do not agree how u run the guild purely slashing based and removing some of the best members imaginable for no particular.

Please do not delete this post, it is just my opinion of what I've gone through throughout my time in the guild.

See the thing is Ryan, you obviously are to far from right here.
if you would have been active in the last month you would have realized, and like I have told everyone in the guild.
I dont care about the slashing aspect (for certain people smile.gif you being one)...aslong as people are active within the guild.

I even spoke with Jamal about this last night. Its not your slashing that I was upset with. It was your lack of responsibility in the guild.
Your lack of using vent, and chilling with us. Coming on vent to mute sound and go to whatever the hell it is you would is not my idea of being active.
its actually communicating.

There was reasons behind Cams removal. I also have saved our messages back and forth about Cam saying he was leaving. But you wouldnt know the whole
story because you just are not active period. You can try to make me out to be the bad guy, But me and Jamal make the decisions.
not just me, so clearly you being a half assed admin in our guild was clearly not just my choice. I appreciate the 3 guild raffles you hosted, and the 1 or 2 charter updates.
but for being in the guild as an admin for 3 months, you really have nothing to bitch about.

I'm not mad you left, saves me and Jamal from a hard decision. Hope you have a great time with whatever it is. But please.
next time while posting...be abit more curtious of how you make mention of shit you dont even know shit all about.

This is exactly why I left, I've talked to Jamal and Cam about the issue of Cams removal and heard both sides. It is difficult to talk to you about things so you do not know the whole story of what I know. I received a quote from a fellow member the other day "It's sad when you're afraid to talk to your own guild leader." And Mike I know every decision you try to make about myself with other members, they always tell me every conversation that happens whenever u mention something negatively about me.

I have left for a variety reasons. And to counteract some of your complaints about my job as an admin here it is

1. I am on vent more then you, I am not on past midnight like you are
2. My internet went out 2-4 days, three times in the past two months
3. I've done more for the guild then you ever did, I did the charter, I did the raffles, I took complaints, and you left the rank editting to myself and cam everytime.
4. You drove people from the guild away, I drove them in.
5. I told Jamal everything I had problems with, he is just for whatever reason attached to your opinions.

As you mentioned that girl said "At least all Mike's aren't assholes," must not be the Mike we know.

I did not try to leave on a bad note but now you're just getting offensive about my departure.

Best of luck Mike. I wish the best for your guild, I just think you need to cool your head sometimes and treat people who want to be your friend, like a friend.
