Hi all... just going to make a massive wall... yes "The Wall" is still alive and kicking.
So to Recap on my competition... and will be quoting other areas within this post.

Competition Notification
For our newer members that haven't got much of anything.

In one (1) weeks time, I will start a competition for our guild members, the prize to the winner will be all of
the gear that I do NOT sell off... some are junk, but some are very useful... I will add in links to what I
am attempting to sell off, please note that you can do with these as you please.

What you have to achieve to be the winner:
You have to choose a given skill (Melee/Casting/Healing) that has Rank0, and you have to gain 5 Ranks in that skill before any of the other competitors.

The Rules Are Simple:
1. Post your Entry in Guild Chat
2. NO Entry Fee (these are free items)
3. Post the skill that you are going to choose (note: When I start the competition, you are still to be Rank0 with 0 proficiency points in that skill)
4. Post each Rank you gain when you gain 1 (this will let other competitors to endeavour to catch up, or endeavour you to proceed further)

Note for Older Members: If you wish to donate any items that are taking up space and you want to get rid of them, please also post a list of those items

Hi Jesse, just hold the 100fg for later... I may need it... since gear is not selling and possibly need a vault later on.

Hey Trev... maybe a fdf, but there are 2 good points to a Fail... +1 Stat for next climb, and +1 GP to catch me and Elias (after Jesse of course)

Rogues are good... never used them when I started, but now I do, considering I now have some basic gear to use with it.

I usually tell people that the easiest way to do it is to put all your stat points into strength and buy gear with dexterity (because dex gear is cheaper) and it seems to work out for them pretty well. Other people will tell you all strength or "get your dex to 120 and put the rest into strength" (I love that one because it's a terrible thing to tell brand new players. They're like, "get my dex to 120, that means I have to put every point into dex!" then it's just all bad). The best way to put it is mathematically: dex = str + 20 (that is - keep your strength about 20 points higher than your dex, including stats from your gear)

@ Demon... pretty much what Nev said... I do not build like that, but that is a safe bet... note... if you are solo'ing most of the time... best to get some healing charms and put starting points into INT... but we can discuss that later on... when you get a feel for the build.

You will get what you are after soon enough... do not upgrade to the other one... in reality it is not that much of an upgrade.
The one you are using has a few things that you like:

You are doing it correctly in stat point layout based on gear options.... personally...
90 Dexterity is more than enough (especially with your gear)
90 Intelligence is good enough for your Healing gear
XX Strength can be base giving you good enough damage or up this more if you have that points
... +17 start, +1 point per level to 55 = 71 +10 = 81 Total, this means @ lvl64 you will have 90 Int so rest into strength
