Edit: Is a elvel 35 armor with 30 something STR worth anything.. or a 5eis 15 weap (i know eis is good but idk what # is good etc).. :/

11.5 hours of work today last half hour of work I pull a groin muscle. Come home shower, shave, eat ..off to a 2 hour little leaguie baseball practice..Im friggen sore and tired..Im not feeling social if anyone wonders where I am tonight.

I think I pulled a groin at some point as a kid playing hockey, and that was right up in the 3 most painful injuries that I've ever had.

The armor has some value, I'm not sure on the value of single stat strength items right now but I would say 25-75 as a range. Level 15 5eis wep has value, I would guess around 15-25fg depending on the type.
