Try kaspersky perhaps or norton.

I don't like Norton once it is installed, it is almost impossible to delete it.

maybe you should try with an additionnal anti-virus as Dan said.
Run a complete scan on both antiviruses so you're sure they're find the problem

nod32 is a really good antivirus program

Are you gonna be unlocked as soon as you request it?
Else you would be fucked (and you should have bought a rainbow orb then )
