So now I got:

lvl 45 - 160 eeA useful set ( nothing flashy but was cheap )
I've never really wanted heals or scales, I've always been more about flashy damage, but cheap/functional items. Sexy new items
I would think about getting at least one more scale to wear towards MQ range. That lvl 40 might not be great at higher levels. ~20%ee difference per tier, right? (when converting)
...so at lvl55+ I think going with another would be ideal. Still a very sexy and viable set though!!!
Also, sexy heals!!!
There's more to LS gear than just pure damage...but everyone has their preferences and play styles
For example, pure damage won't help you tank, or heal...if those aspects are needed in a group climb?
But with most of your gear, it's top notch and looks like you have pretty much all aspects covered
