interesting concept
in the case of the reviwer, i think he could join a gym and actually help his back a lot more. but for folks who have REALLY serious exercise movement limitations, it's probably a god send if they are able to stand for long periods (not sure if many case if their movement is already impaired).

i personally think it's pretty sweet but i wouldn't get one unless it was part of a bigger package (like a new desk, not just the cpu desk part).
