Last day of work for this hellish last 3 weeks.
Today is the finale though
I've got 2 Christmas Parties to do (100ppl) and (150ppl).
It's also MSU (Michigan State University) graduation.
So my reservation book is fucking PACKED with ~450ppl.
Sometimes being a chef sucks.
Off to work I go. I'll be back tonight but won't be slashing.
I'm off Sunday/Monday.
