Wouldn't advise turning off Microsoft manufacturer programs, unless you know what they do.
Thanks Joe. I just needed to turn off a bunch of unneccesary bullshit I have that loads on start up. iTunes, Log me in, yahoo messenge, msn, quicktime, etc etc. All this crap loads on start-up and really extends my start-up time. Just did a restart with all the crap turned off that I don't need and it starts up much quicker. I just forgot the damn command to get to that prompt.
