ya im going to a community college so
maby transfer to southern illinois after that

500 for that scale is not high imo. scales are most expensive

I went to a community college too (MCC) and then attended Western Illinois. I also got a MA at Western Illinois and now me and the gf are moving to Columbia Missouri because she has an assistantship with the phD program there. MIZZOU!

(I was referring to when I went away to school, community college is like High School.... word of advice, just go to class and get it over with)

EDIT: Also been to SIU a few times (mainly to party/go to the wineries), my gf's sister just graduated from there... its a nice school, so good luck!
