Its almost the same i always did.
i worked with fresh milk for 15 years making milk powders sugars butter etc by extracting all ingrediens from the fresh milk.

This Company makes deserts :-) all kinds of fruit yoghurts etc.
i should hear from them by the end of the week so.... fingers crossed
