The biggest addition to the game is the Client Side save game thingy (2 hours)... as for myself, I play PC and leave it on all day and every day and the game is still there, even if the game drops from ping issues, the maze (whether it be catacomb or map) is still saved.
Outside of Power outage (over 2 hours), your game is saved.
EDIT: umm... if you log out intentionally... it is NOT saved sorry.
Still about that solo life huh.

As far as changes, one thing i can say is the game is ridiculous to solo now on a robed character as it gets quite tricky past 71, and each unlocked class has to go 2 more levels before mq (73 for samurai, 75 for paladin, 77 for monk...)
Apparently this was to compensate for the experience penalty those classes got. Personally I'd rather take the penalty, as its quite nerve wracking watching your health go from full to half after hitting 3 mobs at level 75 and praying the robes/rags you are wearing hold up to the abuse.
Some of us were afk for a while, some still are. I hadn't played in like 6 years and just came back on a whim, did a few climbs, and somehow ended up with a monk (fml)
Hmmmmm it’s more tailored to solo huh, I might give it a shot but I’m seeing a lot of horrors on shrine tho...
