hello, my new guildmates
my name is Firaga.
i have just recently joined this wonderful guild. the guildmaster has kindly given me the honor and privilege to be a part of this ls-oriented guild
u can look at my sig for the lvl of the char, and the class.
and as you can see, i have passed the MQ as a feeder class (my first samurai ever :O )
and i am unable to continue the journey in my ls career because of my lack in melee gear.
when i just started playing ls, i was nothing more than a novice. i borrowed 10k fg for ls gear from one of my very good friends. i looked up the 'weller' guide with the assumption that this would be a good way to find nice item drops, thus allowing me to payback my friend.
however, the guide was outdated, and before i knew it, the concept of magic defense had been established in the new patch.
not only that, but because of my lack of knowledge, i have overpaid for most of my gear that i currently possess.
thus, is my story of my beloved ladder slasher character.
any, and all help is appreciated. i wish to pass the MQ as a samurai, so i can move up in class ranks.
of course... keep in mind that i would never ask for too much; i need not borrow very expensive gear. i recognize that i am new, and it will be quite some time before we can build sufficient trust for that kind of privilege to be given to me.
if it's not too much trouble, i would just like to know what would be the best course of action in my situation.
if i wish to progress as a samurai, how should i go about doing so?
should i attempt to build a caster samurai? (i have tried this, and i gave up after reaching lvl 20 because i realized how difficult it would be by the time i reached higher levels)
or should i remain a magician and hope to well something nice to be able to provide myself with decent melee gear?
or is there another viable route that i can take that i am clearly forgetting?
all in all, i am more that happy to be in this guild, and i hope that we can have a lot of fun together
